Lunata Beauty is an emerging beauty tech brand focusing on cordless hair tools. We’ve grown exponentially in three years, and we are now looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a D2C brand via multiple channels and/or marketplaces.

The E-Commerce Manager will need to collaborate cross-functionally with the team to develop and execute an e-commerce strategy for our direct to consumer (D2C) channels including Amazon and Shopify. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies that improve user experience, acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.

While overseeing and managing our contracted ad agency, the E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for setting growth and revenue targets and tracking performance to achieve set initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing ROI/ROAS and utilizing the data to optimize sales strategies.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Product Listing Management:

  • Manage day-to-day E-Commerce operations such as website maintenance, managing products, managing inventory, updating collections and more
  • Execute monthly, seasonal and special promotional initiatives
  • Optimize current Amazon product listings and create new listings utilizing A+ content
  • Monitor Amazon FBA inventory levels and create shipments in Seller Central to replenish inventory, co-ordinating with our warehouse to arrange timely delivery
  • Use data & information systems to monitor retail sales, market share, and metrics important to the customer to drive to targets and ensure health of the business
  • Run daily sales reporting to identify top sellers and sales trends
  • Conduct product research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage product listings to increase rankings and improve consumers’ experience
  • Keep up to date with best practices for Amazon sellers

Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and execute holistic paid search advertising strategy for different verticals to achieve maximum ROI and to increase visibility and brand awareness
  • Perform campaign a/b tests and betas to identify best medium and placement to further optimize campaigns
  • Track and monitor keyword rank and implement strategic ad. solution to improve and to maintain organic visibility
  • Efficiently manage campaign budget, allocation, and budget pacing
  • Stay informed on latest digital advertisement practices, and customer shopping trends

Reporting & Analysis

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to assess KPIs
  • Monitor, track and report on organic and paid search metrics
  • Develop growth and budget forecasts based on historical ad performance data
  • Conduct competitive market research and keyword research to effectively present to the relevant team while providing strategic recommendations

Required Experience:

  • Expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Facebook Ads Manager, AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Shopify (or comparable e-commerce platform) and related tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field with a solid understanding of growth frameworks, funnels, and metrics
  • 3+ years of a proven track record in paid search paid customer acquisition campaign for D2C brand
  • 2+ years of experience in direct hands-on management of Amazon account (either 1P or 3P)
  • In-depth understanding of SEO/SEM
